Everything! The hotel was beautiful, rooms kept clean with daily towel changes, breakfasts were nice with lots of choice so never went hungry. I am lactose intolerant so it was nice to see "sin lactosa" milk available in the mornings. I would say move the fresh ground coffee machine to the front rather than the back, I found this on our second last day and the coffee was so much better than the other machines. The only negative of the room is the lighting, could have done with a main light in the room instead of multiple small lights. The hotel itself is up a fairly large hill so if you are a wheelchair user or unable to walk larger hills to get back to your hotel I wouldn't pick this hotel. The drop off wasn't at the hotel itself however if you go left of fiesta park and go up and round it is much easier than going right and up a large hill (we found this out very late in the holiday) also your driver may not tell you where to go so have Google maps ready on your phone to help guide you to the hotel.

Local to central Benidorm but in a quiet residential area. Central Benidorm is about 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The food was really nice. All the usual breakfast/lunch/dinner assortment with a chef sizzling something every meal time. Lots of fish and salad dishes. The deserts were lovely with an ice cream machine that everyone could use themselves (very popular with the children) An added bonus was the free unlimited drinks at every meal. Soft drinks. water, wine and beer all available at every meal. Most people were respectful of this and took what they required. We booked a larger room and it was very comfortable.

Antonio , receptionist was an exceptional warm friendly helpful smart professional person, instrumental in negotiations. The director again very thoughtful , a man extremely competent in his work , he applies good work ethics to make the customers health and safety a priority, as well being very approachable . He also was seen helping out his staff.

The room size was very good, with two kingsize beds Breakfast was good, with a large variety to cater for all preferences. Location in the old town was great. bar prices were very reasonable. Reception was warm and welcoming and had a nice ambiance about it.

Marie

Disabled couple found it very difficult getting to the pool as the lift didn't go up as far as the pool. Also lack of shops,bar/ restaurants within short walking distance ,BUT we won't let these stop us using this hotel again in the future.
